Sleep Alchemy is a project in motion, with a lot of exciting upcoming releases. 

​

As the creator of Sleep Alchemy, I've been working my bum off in full-time research and creation, putting together a selection of high-quality materials designed to help individuals with specific sleep problems find simple and practical information relevant to their individual needs.

​

As a writer first and foremost, I spend a lot of time producing written material in the form of books and PDFs, which I hope will stand as the foundation for this website. This allows me to produce accessible, highly affordable content for everyday sleepers. 

​

But I also recognise that many people don't feel they have the time or attention to read large bodies of text, so I've recently been working on an Instagram channel for a fun and engaging way for people to engage with their sleep. I'm also preparing to create a short video course that people can easily digest.

​

As more special news, I'm slowly continuing to populate the website with super exciting products and sleep technologies from around the world. The latest of these is Neuronic, which I find really incredible cutting-edge technology for helping the brain heal and clean itself. 

​

Video Course

This is an exciting concept I'll be tackling over the next few months. For those who aren't so attracted to reading things like PDFs or books, I'm putting together an easy-watching video course that will explain all the most important points for reclaiming natural sleep, including things like:

  • Sleep Alchemy -- Bringing things back to the very basics, I want to produce a very simple, beautiful, encouraging mini-book that will help people improve their sleep permanently from just half an hour's reading.
